General Overview

The Motion Index Drives NANO Index line of Rotary Index Tables encompass a large range of sizes. Our complete line of NANO Index series Rotary Index Tables are equipped with a special designed cam to achieve extremely high accuracies far more accurate than a standard Barrel Cam Index Units offered on the market today (our standard barrel cam index units have accuracies as high as 0.008 mm or 0.0003"). The NANO Index line can be used for any application where extremely high accuracy and repeatability is required, such electronic device assembly as microchip assembly, circuit board assembly, microscopic movement, laser interfaced applications, etc. The NANO Index is also ideal for medical device manufacturing.

NANO Index is a specialized form of a standard Automatic Index Drive
In station accuracy of 0.008 mm (0.0003")
In the dwell period, there is a point with a very slight gradient
Through the use of a servomotor, the exact point that is sought, can be programmed
