General Overview:

Motion Index Drives’ LB Linear Conveyor System combines excellent accuracy and high-speed capability with versatility to meet any automation challenge. The LB Linear Conveyor System is ideal for light assembly, pad and screen printing operations, microelectronics, food industry automation, clean room production and cosmetics industries. The LB Series features a steel belt powered by a direct-drive servo motor.

The design of the LB Linear Conveyor System is based on a modular concept. The conveyor length between the dual drive sprockets and the fixed chordal compensation cams can be customized according to the required number of work stations.

  • Accuracies up to ±0.04mm (0.0016")
  • Self-supporting modular design
  • User-defined positioning that can be changed at any time
  • The aluminum profile system can be used to mount external stations fast and easy
  • Low maintenance (adjustment of steel belt done only once a year)
  • Guide rails are hardened and fine milled

Options available:

  • Explosion-proof motors, servo drives and motors for flexibility
  • Custom index and dwell angles
  • Overload protection devices
