General Overview

Motion Index Drives, Inc. MEDEX Index Drive line is ideal for automating your medical equipment manufacturing line or pharmaceutical automation. Our complete line of indexing equipment can be ordered to exceed all clean room requirements.

Paint and aluminum treatments to exceed the medical requirement both on the index drive and on the gear motor
Every MEDEX Index Drive is completely sealed to eliminate the possibility of contamination either into the indexer (usually in manufacturing of powdered pharmaceuticals) or out of the Indexer (oil leaking into the manufacturing system)

Custom Index and dwell angles can be tailored to your requirements
Motors and reducers can be customer specified to manufacturing requirements (TEFC, Motor Coatings, special oil filled reducers)
