All controllers are programmed by Motion Index Drives for each customer specific dial table application and the full range of cam driven devices, to ensure worry free operation for many years. Purchasing the TIC Turntable Frequency Control with any fixed cam driven index device that is preprogrammed and wired per your specific application a Motion Index Drives technician the standard warranty will be extended.

• Cycle time is optimized by stopping the index drive exactly at the end of the dwell phase
• The machine control receives the enable signal for the external processes as soon as the dwell phase begins.
• Eliminates need to adjust proximity switches on the index device – all adjustment are accomplished through programming the TIC Controller

• Motor contactor switches and mechanical or electronic contactors can be omitted.

• Oscillating or change in direction of rotation without additional hardware
• FLA is set per application specifications to automatically shut down during overload conditions
