General Overview

The Motion Index Drive XP and TP Series Parallel Index Drive encompasses a large range of standard sizes from the XP030 up to the XP250. The Parallel Shaft Index units are offered in a vast array of conjugate cam profiles and number of stations and can be custom made to order based on your specific needs. The XP and TP series Parallel Shaft Indexers are ideal for extreme high speed indexing applications – up to 1,000 indexes per minute. Conveyor Indexer systems, vertical indexing applications and lift and carry devices are most common uses for Parallel Indexers.

• Parallel Index Drives convert a uniform input motion into an intermittent output motion.
• Intermittent output motion is transmitted through our hardened, flat cam and cam follower system.
• Available in many different standard and custom cam configurations
• Available in clockwise, counter clockwise, oscillator index mode of operation
• Available in automatic reversing cam - no need for reversing motor
• Most models free of eccentric alignments – making repairs easier
• Cam profiles allow for a smooth acceleration and smooth deceleration free of harsh starts and stops.
• Aluminum anodized housings with nickel plated shafts for clean room and chemical wash down environments.
• High precision cam followers and machined cams allow for accuracies of up to .0009" (0.023 mm) while our parallel drives are in dwell.
• Locking dwell eliminates any need for external locating devices, such as shot pin mechanisms.
• High speed rated up to 1,000 indexes per minute
