General Overview

The Motion Index Drives TSR Series of Ring Index Tables encompass a range of sizes that cover offer solutions for many applications. Four different models in our standard line Model TSR600, TSR1000, TSR1400 up to our TSR1900. The TSR Ring Index Drive is ideal for applications that require large open center accessibility for customers tooling and other devices. The TSR series can be manufactured with a fixed number of stations with an internal locking dwell or as a 100% Flexible Turntable – Servo Flexible Index Drive or standard AC brake motor with encoder.

Barrel Cam and cam followers and bearings fully immersed in oil bath
High precision cam followers and machined cams allow for accuracies of up to .0009" (0.023 mm) while our Rotary Index Tables are in dwell.

2 to 96 station indexing step capability
Completely wear-free when used with optional universal control TIC
