On-Site Repair Operations

• Performed by a certified Motion Index Drives technician with minimum 5 years experience
• Full warranty on complete refurbished units
• 100% Motion Index Manufactured components used where applicable
• All components adjusted to original manufactured specifications when applicable
• Scheduled preventative maintenance programs available to extend standard warranties
• 24 hour on call technician available for emergency breakdowns

Repairs at our facility

• Full warranty on repaired units
• We will arrange pick up at your facility and delivery back to your facility – hassle free
• Full disassembly to inspect all major components prior to reassembling each unit
• All components will be adjusted to original manufacturing specifications
• All units will be completed tested before leaving our facility

Spare Parts

When calling to order spare parts, please have our shop order number available to give to our service and part department to ensure that you will be getting the correct parts for your specific unit. The shop order number can be found on our nameplate located on each unit.

We accept all major credit cards for payment over the phone for all parts and service.
